My book Nager Avec Des Chaussures (Swimming With Shoes On) has been nominated for book prize at the very cool book and music festival Bulles Zik in Paris.
One of the awards is picked by public vote (Which you can vote for by clicking on the amplifier above).
My hopes aren't high on that one because I'm very rubbish at promoting things online.
It is a huge, huge honour to be nominated for something for the first time.

Sinkhole....

All the talk of sinkholes following the sad and disturbing case in America made me think how close to reality my story 'Picacho Del Diablo' is. Here are the first 3 pages...

In both Where's North From Here? (in English) and Nager Avec Des Chaussures (in French) you will find the story Snow Trap (Piège De Neige). Here are pages from a sketch book showing the first character ideas. There are even chapter points showing how I was going to do it as a long story with 7 chapters!!

Dans les deux livres Nager Avec Des Chaussures (en français) et Where's North From Here? (en Anglais) vous trouverez le histoire Piège De Neige (Snow Trap). Voici les pages d'un carnet de croquis montrant les idées premier des caractères. Il y a même des points des chapitres montrant comment j'allais le faire aussi une longue histoire avec 7 chapitres!!

Big Book News...

So things are heating up around here and I've entered the final stages of my book for the ultra amazing publisher Même Pas Mal.
The book will be a French edition of the best stuff from my previous book Swimming With Shoes On.
But as well as that, Nager Avec Des Chaussures will also have over 40 pages of new stories and art!
I will keep posting news but look out for it early 2012. Here is peek of a freshly inked page.

Le livre va être un édition Français de la meilleure choses de mon livre Swimming With Shoes On. (En Anglais)
